"Mom, remember when that one time there was a bird in our house?"
Luckily we were able to call 'Animal Control'-our neighbor Heather who lives across street and knows all things flora and fauna! Do any of you know how to catch a bird flying around your house? We do now....call me if you ever need to know! ;0)

That is hilarious! That must have been like a trip to heaven for your kids to have a real live bird in the house. That is pretty awesome. Hope he didn't poop in your kitchen sink :-)
We've had a bird and a bat in our house! They were wild flying everywhere! Very cute video. Smart thinking to tape it!
